Each Gastronorm container includes the following coloured clips: 2 x red, 2 x blue, 2 x yellow, 2 x green, 2 x grey, 2 x black. The system allows easy identification of food contents during storage and helps prevent cross contamination. Modular sizing provides efficient space saving storage. The products are dishwasher (110 degree C), microwave (110 degree C), freezer safe (minus 40 degree C) and are suitable for professional catering and other storage uses.
